Academy Enlistment Application

Greetings, Cadets!  Garrison Carida's Imperial Academy is dedicated to helping recruits from Eastern and Central Pennsylvania create screen-quality Imperial costumes and become members of Carida and the 501st Legion.  Join up today and get started on your gear!  You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of Eastern or Central Pennsylvania. On approval of a completed costume, you must be willing to join Garrison Carida and the 501st Legion. To activate your Academy account, complete this questionnaire.
